PeerNest provides a platform where users trade digital assets with each other. PeerNest is not a party to trades between users and does not guarantee payment by any user.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and comply with applicable laws, including identity verification requirements.
3. Escrow & fees
Assets in a trade are held in escrow until release or cancellation. Fees are shown on the Fees page and may change.
4. Disputes
Moderators may decide disputes based on the evidence in the trade chat. Decisions are final within the platform.
5. Prohibited use
Fraud, money laundering, use of stolen funds and any unlawful activity are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
6. Risk
Digital assets are volatile and trading involves risk. You are responsible for your own decisions.
